Plan a lawn that fits your property and schedule
Sunshine Sod delivers and installs sod for Wake Forest residential projects, from lawn replacement to finishing newly landscaped spaces. We help organize grass selection, preparation and delivery around the work your property actually needs.
A plan for your property
Hasentree is in the Wake Forest area. Include your exact project address when asking for a quote, whether you are there or in another nearby neighborhood. Details about gate access, slopes and the unloading area help us plan a smooth delivery and installation.
If different areas of the yard receive different light, describe the front and back separately. We can help compare a single grass choice against distinct lawn zones, and coordinate the installation so watering is ready wherever fresh sod is laid.
Delivery or a complete installation scope
Choose delivery only if you have your own installer, or ask about professional installation. For lawn replacement, removal and site preparation are included as quoted. We confirm the grass, coverage, access and schedule before the work is arranged.
Compare grasses for the Triangle
For sunny activity areas, explore TifTuf Bermuda and NorthBridge Bermuda. For dense warm-season turf, compare Empire Zoysia and Innovation Zoysia. Tall fescue offers cooler-season growth and winter greenery in suitable Piedmont sites.
Common project questions
What should I include for a delivery quote?
Send the project address, approximate square footage, service needed and lawn condition. Photos of the access route and the lawn are helpful but optional. We confirm grass, pallet coverage and delivery timing with the quote.
When is the best time to install?
Warm-season sod grows roots most actively in warm weather; tall fescue generally favors cooler conditions. We plan timing around the grass, weather, site readiness and your ability to water. Our installation guide and care guide explain what happens next.
